Milk Palet

This is the sweeter, softer side of chocolate. But there’s still enough complexity hiding here to delight the senses. We blend the best quality milk chocolate with fresh cream, a hint of Cointreau, and a speck of nutmeg to reveal a surprising depth of flavor on the palate.

Dark Sea Salt Caramel

The deep, golden sweetness of caramel plays amazingly against the wispy mineral flakes of Maldon sea salt. Made with fresh cream and butter, these soft and chewy caramels are a perennial favorite.

Palet d’Or

Our signature sun and the pinnacle of chocolate craftsmanship. A smooth 85% dark ganache made with chocolate from Ecuador, enrobed in a delicate dark chocolate shell. The intense chocolate flavor delicately balances bitter and sweet.

After being gifted some of your chocolates for Easter, we had a Chef’s Collection shipped to a dear friend for her birthday. Her reaction was the same as ours…these are little masterpieces! The different flavors of salt come through clearly, while the chocolate itself is rich and creamy. Doesn’t get better than this!

Lovely presentation

I haven’t tried them as they are gifts. They are beautiful. Only disappointment is the lovely boxing. I had hoped that buy bars would make for easier travel gifts. But they are still beautifully presented.
