The ice cream is decadent enough, but pair it with a couple of macaron cookies to make an ice cream sandwich--rich, flavorful, small batch ice cream inside a delicate and elegant crust of hand-crafted macarons--it's almost too exquisite to believe. They are generously-sized, and I think they come in 5 different flavors.
