We use 4-generation, British family Sea Salt...the same stuff the queen insists on; then a touch of pure agave (perfectly toasty/carameled) and paired with a touch of brandy. This is the sweet/salt combination that drives taste buds crazy. Made locally and of course - one perfect little batch at a time.
