Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
You guessed it....fresh mint and dark Ecuadorian Chocolate are the secrets to this naturally blissful combination. Why Vodka you ask? There's just a touch - and we found that when we combined it with spirulina and the other natural ingredients, it created a level of smooooothness that we fell in love with. We think you will too.
The texture of the ice cream was smooth and creamy...in a whipped textured way. Not like your traditional ice cream texture. We are heading back today to try some ice cream macaroon sandwiches. Look forward to trying future "seasonal" ice cream flavors [hint].
