Bold Maker Bunch: Molded Chocolate Bon Bons August 16th

We're excited to host the Bold Maker Team!  You'll be making some amazing Molded Chocolate Bon Bons!

We're grateful to have World renowned Pastry Chef and Chocolatier Delphin Gomes here in Amesbury to lead this fun afternoon!  He loves teaching all skill levels - and you'll be hands-on and diving in to create your own masterpieces!

You'll leave with the knowledge and instruction to recreate these for yourself at home. You'll also leave with a huge bounty of deliciousness - all made from the richest velvety chocolate in the world!
  • Shaped Molds: You'll take melted chocolate and watch it ooooze and flow into various shaped molds. You might get a little chocolate on you here...but we'll help ya clean up! The Chef will teach you the best method in hopes that you don't ruin your kitchen when you make these at home :)

  • As a group, we'll all see the shells and molds come together nicely...we've averaged about 20 varieties in each class - many to choose from and test while you learn ;) 

  • Ultimately, through the smiles and laughter (and learning!) you'll pull together these molds/shells and create your 'bon bons'. Translated to 'good good'....but yours will be 'great great'!!!

  • Together, we'll all produce smooth ganaches and fillings using different types of chocolate, alcohol, pralines, and fruits to create unique flavor combinations

  • We'll close with some airbrushing and hand-painting to decorate colorful, eye-catching pieces!
