Had such fun and learned so much from Chef Michael

This was such an enjoyable class. Chef seemed to be able to watch us all simultaneously and made sure we were on the right track with our ingredients and process. He made it fun and we came home with so many goodies which we will try to make at home. Definitely will sign up for another class! Merci mille fois!

Great Class

I was hesitant to take the class as a hobbyist cook but I am so glad that I did so. The class was fast paced and the four hours went by too quickly. The treats that were made were delectable. The boxes of the nights accomplishments that I brought home were a huge hit by friends and family . Treats that I will surly make at home again and again. I will be taking another class in the near future. Thanks for the lessons.

Delicious and fun!

It's amazing how many different kinds of confections we made in one class! And the flavors are true--the fruit jellies taste like real fruit, not just sugar, and the mint patties are made with fresh mint. Making the marshmallows was especially fun, because you see the ingredients transform into a pillowy soft confection, and you bite into a sweet cloud of rose, or lavender, or tangerine.
