This is gonna be fun! We're excited to host Tina's 40th Chocolate Birthday Bash!

Chef Delphin Gomes loves sharing his passion for Chocolate and the art of making it the right way! We'll host your group in our m cacao kitchens in Amesbury and everyone from beginners and up will enjoy this night. You'll take home more than you could eat in a week - but you'll have the skills and instruction to make more in case you do eat em all!

More than anything, we're just excited to give your group an enjoyable night and an experience to remember!
  • For beginners & even the seasoned pros who want a concise primer on the world of eating and making chocolates.

  • Learn and practice hand-tempering chocolate. (This may change your life if you like chocolate!)

  • Make simple (but crazy-tasty) chocolate creations like truffles, rochers, and mendiants.

  • Make delicacies like exquisitely candied oranges and then enrobe them in chocolate. The combination of flavors is absolutely delightful.

  • Did we mention that you'll leave with enough of your fantastic creations to feed a small army? Well...slight exaggeration - but you get the idea :)

  • Lastly - we're gonna brag a little for him (because he won't) - we think you'll love hanging out with a Pastry Chef and Chocolatier that has worked for Presidents, Cabinets, Embassies and dignitaries around the world. 

    Schooled in Paris and New England's first Master Pastry Chef, Delphin Gomes is a master at his craft (and a blast to hang out with!). We're a little star-struck here to know that we have a friend and co-worker that befriended and taught alongside Julia Child. 

    We're looking forward to meeting you all!
