Chocolate Class - Dipped Chocolate Bonbons

We're so excited to have world renowned Pastry Chef and Chocolatier Delphin Gomes here in Amesbury to lead this great evening!  He loves teaching all skill levels - and you'll be hands-on and diving in to create your own masterpieces!

You'll leave with the knowledge and instruction to recreate these for yourself at home. You'll also leave with a huge bounty of deliciousness - all made from the richest velvety chocolate in the world!
  • Create chocolate confections featuring ganache fillings using a variety of chocolates and flavors

  • Use a guitar cutter to efficiently cut uniform bonbon centers

  • Learn to chablon and hand-dip chocolates

  • Learn about different methods for tempering chocolate

  • Use a variety of decoration techniques including garnishes, transfer sheets, texture sheets, and techniques for applying color

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days prior to the start time of the class by emailing us at Cancellation requests within 14 days of the class cannot be accommodated. New bookings made within 14 days of the class cannot be cancelled. No-show participants cannot be offered a refund. Unfortunately M. Cacao cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances including schedule conflicts, illnesses, or last-minute emergencies.

Minor Students Policy: Students under the age of 18 who are interested in learning about chocolate and pastry are welcome. All students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Any students under 18 years of age without an accompanying parent or guardian will not be able to participate and cannot be offered a refund or rescheduling.

Great class, had a great time!

I am an aspiring chocolatier and have only taken online classes. This was a great opportunity to learn tips and tricks from a chef, see the equipment used, production layout, tools of the trade, and talk chocolate! We had fun, learned about chocolate and took home a ton of beautiful confections and recipes to make at home! Highly recommend for a date night, a friends night out, or even solo like me and make new friends!

Fun night out!

I went with my girlfriend, and we had so much fun! We learned how to make slab chocolate ganache and dip and decorate them. I felt like I was on a cooking show!
