Cancellation Policy
Please read before booking your class!
You may cancel your booking up to 14 days prior to the start time of the class by emailing us at hello@mcacao.com. Cancellation requests within 14 days of the class cannot be accommodated. New bookings made within 14 days of the class cannot be cancelled. No-show participants cannot be offered a refund. Unfortunately M. Cacao cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances including schedule conflicts, illnesses, or last-minute emergencies.
Minor Students Policy: Students under the age of 18 who are interested in learning about chocolate and pastry are welcome. All students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Any students under 18 years of age without an accompanying parent or guardian will not be able to participate and cannot be offered a refund or rescheduling.
