Every time I bite into my chocolate from M Cacao I am reminded of the way all chocolate should taste. It is simply delicious.
Salts of the World
Introducing our Salts of the World Collection – join us in embarking on a delicious journey around the world!
The Salts of the World collection features eight unique chocolates, each celebrating a different country around the globe, from Cyprus to Peru. From each destination, M. Cacao selected an evocative, sourced salt and other real food ingredients that celebrate what’s treasured in that country. Each one is adorned with a chocolate representation of a wildflower native to that country.

Tibet
Mined from the Salt Range mountains in the Himalayas, pink Rose of Tibet salt is paired with Yunnan black tea, honey and milk chocolate ganache, with a chocolate rose on top.
Bali
Pyramids of Bali Hai sea salt is collected once a year, presenting as delicate yet crunchy pyramids. The salt is accented with caramel banana and kemangi (lemon basil) in dark milk ganache, with a hibiscus flower on top.
Portugal
Fluffy and bright white, Magellan Portuguese sea salt comes from the evaporation ponds surrounding the ocean waters. It’s paired with port wine, olive oil almond cake and port wine-paprika milk chocolate ganache, and decorated with a barbary nut iris.
Iceland
Crisp and flaky, Fire and Ice whole mineral sea salt is produced when volcanic geothermal heat evaporates the North Atlantic sea waters. This chocolate highlights the salt alongside licorice (known as black gold in Iceland) in milk chocolate ganache, with a mountain avens wildflower on top.
South Africa
Dragon’s Wing sea salt is extremely delicate and sweet with wing-like clusters, harvested from pure, cold water from Antarctica along the western coast of South Africa. The chocolate also features sweet Amarula liqueur, earthy turmeric and milk chocolate ganache, with an African violet on top.
Iran
Persian Sapphire of Iran, one of the rarest salts on Earth, formed 100 million years ago. From the deep ancient underground Persian sea, these blue salt gems are paired with pistachio, cardamom, and rose water in white chocolate ganache with chef-made gaz, Persian nougat with nuts and honey — and embellished with a sunflower.
Peru
A mineral-rich pink sea salt from an ancient underground ocean, Sagrada Rosa is formed from the evaporation of briny water that bubbles up into Peru’s sacred valley. Blended deliciously with chocolate, passion fruit, lucuma, pisco (the country’s national brandy) and dark milk chocolate ganache, garnished with an Amazon lily.
