Class - The Tarte of French Pies- Doughs, Fillings, and Creams

We're so excited to have world renowned Pastry Chef and Chocolatier Delphin Gomes here in Amesbury to lead this great evening!  He loves teaching all skill levels - and you'll be hands-on and diving in to create your own masterpieces!

You'll leave with the knowledge and instruction to recreate these for yourself at home. You'll also leave with a huge bounty of deliciousness!

  • Create classic French tarts and pies from scratch 
  • Learn the foundation of making world-class tarts: a crust that is perfectly textured, perfectly flavored, and perfectly formed 
  • Discover the secrets of classic French doughs: pate sucre, pate sable, and pate brisee 
  • Make mouthwatering fillings and creams

Fun and informative!

I would definitely attend one of these classes again. I had fun and learned a lot from the chef - he made it lighthearted and I was so happy we got to take home the recipes!

Class - Le Cookie Monstre – Classic French Cookies

So much fun, and so much to learn. My favorites were the savory cookies. We made so many other types--some were unusual, and all were delicious. I had always been too intimidated to try making Madelines, but Chef's recipe was relatively easy, and they were delicious in three different flavors. We have our own recipe book to take home, too.
